Peace of mind with every purchase.
At Shop360, we are committed to providing you with high-quality mobile devices and accessories. We stand behind the products we sell and want you to have peace of mind with every purchase. Please review our warranty policies below.
1. Brand New Mobile Phones & Tablets (Manufacturer Warranty)
All brand-new, factory-sealed mobile devices and electronics sold by Shop360 are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1 year from the date of purchase).
- Coverage: This warranty covers hardware defects and software malfunctions originating from the manufacturer.
- How to Claim: Warranty claims for new devices must be handled directly through the manufacturer (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Google). We are happy to provide you with a copy of your receipt or order confirmation to assist you in opening a claim with the brand's authorized service center.
2. Refurbished or Open-Box Devices (Shop360 Limited Warranty)
If you purchase a certified refurbished or open-box device from us, it comes with a [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 90-Day] Shop360 Limited Warranty.
- Coverage: We guarantee the device will be free from functional defects during the warranty period. If a defect arises, we will repair the device, replace it with an equivalent model, or issue a refund at our discretion.
- How to Claim: Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
3. Accessories
All cables, chargers, cases, and other mobile accessories carry a [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 30-Day] Limited Warranty directly through Shop360, protecting against manufacturing defects.
4. What is NOT Covered by Any Warranty
Our warranties (and standard manufacturer warranties) do not cover issues caused by user actions or environmental factors, including but not limited to:
- Accidental damage, drops, or cracked screens.
- Liquid damage or moisture exposure (even if the device is marketed as water-resistant).
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage like scratches or dents.
- Battery degradation over time (unless it drops below manufacturer standards prematurely).
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, jailbreaking, or third-party software modifications.
- Issues arising from the use of non-certified or third-party charging accessories.
