FAQ

Can I charge two devices at the same time?
Yes. It is a dual charging pad, so two devices can charge side by side, for example a phone next to an AirPods 2 charging case.

Do I need to take my phone case off?
Not usually. It charges through cases up to 5mm thick. Remove metal or magnet cases first, and take the case off if charging does not start.

Where should I place my phone?
Anywhere on its charging area. The five coils cover a wider area, so you do not need to line it up exactly.
